At ScanDine, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and valuable digital menu experience. To ensure our users have enough time to evaluate our platform, we offer a 30-day free trial with full access to features based on the selected plan.

Trial Period Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time during the 30-day free trial with no charges incurred.
  • If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will automatically expire at the end of the trial period unless a paid plan is activated.

Post-Trial Cancellation

  • Once the 30-day trial period ends and a paid plan is activated, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, downgrades, or refunds will be accepted after the trial period.
  • Annual subscription plans are billed in full and cannot be canceled or refunded mid-term.

Reminder Before Billing

  • We send a reminder email prior to the end of the trial period to ensure users have ample time to decide whether they wish to continue with a paid plan.
